1. Our Role in Your Visa Application

ITS Holidays Ltd helps travelers from Bangladesh apply for visas to 75+ countries. Our team guides you on documents, prepares your application, books appointments where needed, and tracks progress.

We are a government-authorized travel agency, not an embassy or government office. The decision to approve or refuse a visa belongs only to the embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of the destination country.

2. Visa Types We Handle

We assist with tourist, business, and family visit visas. Our team will confirm during consultation whether we can support your specific visa category and destination.

We do not provide labor or work visas. Umrah visas are covered separately under our Umrah and Hajj Booking Terms.

3. What Our Service Includes

Our visa processing service includes:

• Consultation on visa requirements for your destination
• A checklist of required documents
• Checking your documents for gaps or errors
• Filling in the application form
• Booking embassy or visa center appointments, where applicable
• Submitting your application and tracking its status
• Informing you once a decision is made

What Is Not Included

Unless stated in your invoice, these costs are separate:

• Embassy, consulate, and visa center fees
• Document translation and notarization
• Travel insurance required by some countries
• Courier charges
• Medical tests, if the destination requires them

4. Your Documents

You are responsible for giving us complete, accurate, and genuine documents. This includes your passport, photos, bank statements, job or business papers, and any invitation letters.

Passports must usually be valid for at least six months beyond your travel date. Requirements differ by country, so always follow the checklist we provide.

If we find any false or altered document, we will stop processing your application immediately. In that case, our service fee will not be refunded. False documents can also lead to long-term bans from the destination country.

5. Fees and Payment

Our service fee and the embassy fee are shown separately in your invoice before you pay. Embassy fees are set by each country and can change without notice.

6. Appointments and Biometrics

Many countries require applicants to attend the embassy or visa center in person for fingerprints, photos, or an interview. We book the appointment and prepare you for it, but you must attend yourself.

Missing an appointment may mean a new booking, extra fees, and delays. Please let us know early if you cannot attend.

7. Processing Time

Processing times are set by embassies and can change during holidays, peak travel seasons, or high demand. Any time frame we share is an estimate based on recent experience, not a promise.

We recommend applying well before your planned travel date. For popular destinations in peak season, earlier is always better.

8. Visa Decisions

No travel agency can guarantee a visa, and neither can we. We prepare every application carefully to give it the best chance, but the embassy makes the final decision.

Embassies do not always explain the reason for a refusal. If your visa is refused, you may reapply, but a new application means new embassy fees and service charges.

9. Booking Travel Before Your Visa Is Approved

Please do not buy non-refundable flights or hotels before your visa is approved. If you do, any loss from a refusal or delay will be your own responsibility.

If an embassy asks for a flight or hotel reservation, we can arrange suitable bookings. You can also book flights and hotels with us once your visa is ready.

10. Passport Handling

When we hold your passport for submission, we keep it in secure storage and return it as soon as the embassy releases it. You will be informed when it is ready for collection.

If you request courier delivery, the courier company's terms apply during transit.

11. Using Your Visa Correctly

Please check your visa details, such as name, passport number, dates, and number of entries, as soon as you receive it. Report any mistake to us right away.

Follow all visa conditions and leave the country before your visa expires. Even with a valid visa, immigration officers at the border make the final decision on entry.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Embassy fees are non-refundable once your application is submitted. Our service fee is non-refundable after we start preparing your file, including when a visa is refused.

13. Your Personal Information

Visa applications require sensitive documents, such as bank statements and passport copies. We share them only with the relevant embassy or visa center.
