ITS Holidays Ltd is led by its three founding directors, all of whom have been part of the company since it was incorporated on 28 February 2018. There is no outside management layer between the leadership and the clients. The people who built this company are still the people running it every day.

They lead a team of 100+ travel professionals operating from our head office in Banani, Dhaka, with a branch in Chattogram and international offices in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and Sri Lanka.

Mohammad Nur-E Alam Chairman, ITS Holidays Ltd Co-Founder | Bangladeshi

Mohammad Nur-E Alam is the Chairman of ITS Holidays Ltd and one of its three founding directors. He was appointed as the company's first Chairman at the time of incorporation under the Companies Act 1994, and has led the company's strategic direction since day one.

As Chairman, he oversees the overall governance of the company, works alongside the Managing Director on major business decisions, and holds a majority shareholding in the company. His focus has been on building an agency that operates with proper licensing, clear credentials and real accountability to clients.

Under his leadership, ITS Holidays has grown from a newly incorporated agency in 2018 to one that holds IATA accreditation (Code: 42340550), ISO 9001:2015 certification, Civil Aviation registration and full TOAB and ATAB membership. That growth did not happen through shortcuts. It happened through proper registration, consistent service and repeat business from clients who returned.

Md. Nasir Uddin is the Managing Director of ITS Holidays Ltd and the named registrant on the company's Civil Aviation travel agency registration (No. 0000614), issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Government of Bangladesh.

He was appointed as the company's first Managing Director at incorporation and is responsible for the day-to-day management of all business operations. This includes overseeing the Umrah and Hajj departments, managing client relationships, supervising the visa and ticketing teams, and ensuring the company remains fully compliant with all government and industry regulations.

Md. Nasir Uddin is also the signatory on the company's annual filings with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh. He has been involved in the travel industry since before ITS Holidays was formally registered, with the company's first Umrah group departing Bangladesh in 2016 under his coordination.

His hands-on involvement in both operations and regulatory compliance is one of the reasons ITS Holidays has maintained its government authorization without interruption since 2018.

Md. Khorshed Alam is a Director and co-founder of ITS Holidays Ltd. He has been part of the company's board since its incorporation in February 2018 and plays an active role in the company's operations and business development.

As one of the three founding shareholders, Md. Khorshed Alam has been involved in building the operational infrastructure of ITS Holidays, which today covers international tour packages to 100+ countries, visa services for 75+ countries and a team of 100+ dedicated staff.

His contribution to the company is reflected in its consistent growth since 2018. ITS Holidays now serves over 10,000 clients per year, a number that reflects not just good marketing but operational reliability built over years of real work.

Md. Khorshed Alam is a Bangladeshi national and based in Dhaka.

Beyond the three founding directors, ITS Holidays runs daily operations through a team of department heads and specialists who are responsible for specific service areas.

Md. Iqbal Hossain serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing sales and marketing operations across the agency.

Laksura Mehbin leads the Corporate Marketing team, managing client communications and campaign coordination.

Sathy Akter heads the Visa Department, managing the company's visa processing operations across 75+ countries.

One thing that separates ITS Holidays from many travel agencies in Bangladesh is that the founders are still running the company. There is no absentee ownership. The three directors who put their names on the company registration documents in February 2018 are the same three people making decisions today.
