This is the foundational legal document that establishes ITS Holidays Ltd as a formally recognized business entity in Bangladesh.

2. Civil Aviation Travel Agency Registration

This is the government authorization that permits ITS Holidays Ltd to legally operate as a travel agency in Bangladesh. It is renewed every three years following a review by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism. The current certificate is active and valid until 15 June 2027.

This registration is what makes ITS Holidays a government-authorized travel agency, not a self-applied label.

This accreditation gives ITS Holidays direct, verified access to airline booking systems globally. It also means the agency undergoes regular financial and operational checks by IATA to maintain its accredited status.

4. ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The Memorandum and Articles of Association formally define the legal scope, governance structure and operating framework of ITS Holidays Ltd. The company's primary objects, as stated in the Memorandum, include operating as a travel agent, selling air tickets, running national and international tour packages, and acting as an agency for Hajj and Umrah services.

Why These Credentials Matter

Most clients never think about checking an agency's documents until something goes wrong. By then it can be too late.

An unregistered or unlicensed travel agency has no legal accountability. There is no government body that can hold them responsible. There is no industry association they can be reported to. If they disappear with your money or fail to deliver your Umrah package, you have very little legal recourse.
