Umrah and Hajj are journeys of faith, and pilgrims deserve clear answers before they book. These terms explain what our packages include, what documents you need, and how Saudi rules affect your trip.
They apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Experience With Pilgrims
ITS Holidays Ltd sent its first Umrah group from Bangladesh in 2016. Since then, we have arranged 30+ Umrah groups and supported 2,021+ Hajj pilgrims.
We are a government-authorized travel agency with Civil Aviation Reg. No. 0000614 and IATA Code 42340550. You can verify our credentials on the Licenses and Certifications page.
2. Who These Terms Apply To
These terms apply to everyone who books an Umrah package or Hajj package with us. This includes individual, family, group, Ramadan, and combo packages such as Umrah with Dubai or Turkey.
If you book for family members or a group, you accept these terms on behalf of every traveler.
3. What Our Umrah Packages Include
Our standard Umrah packages include:
- Umrah visa processing with health insurance
- Round-trip air ticket from Dhaka (with-flight packages only)
- Hotel in Makkah near Masjid al-Haram
- Hotel in Madinah near Masjid an-Nabawi
- Airport and hotel transfers in Saudi Arabia
- Ziyarah tours in Makkah and Madinah
- Bangla-speaking guide and on-ground support
The exact hotel, room type, and duration are listed in your package details and invoice.
What Is Not Included
Unless your package says otherwise, these are not included:
- Meals not listed in your package
- Personal expenses, shopping, and laundry
- Extra baggage charges
- Additional Ziyarah or private transport
- Medical costs beyond the visa health insurance
4. Documents You Need
To book an Umrah package, you will need:
- A passport valid for at least six months from your travel date
- Two recent passport-size photos with a white background
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or birth certificate for children
- A meningitis vaccination certificate, if required by Saudi health rules
Rules on age, Mahram, and travel companions follow the current Saudi regulations. Our team will confirm what applies to you at the time of booking.
5. Booking and Payment
Your seat is confirmed once you pay the booking deposit and submit your documents. We start Umrah visa processing only after the deposit is received.
The remaining balance must be paid before departure, by the date shown on your invoice. See our Payment Methods page for accepted options, including SSLCommerz, bKash, and Nagad.
6. Umrah Visa Processing
We submit your Umrah visa application through the official Saudi system. The final approval is made only by the Saudi authorities.
Processing usually moves quickly, but it can take longer during Ramadan and peak seasons. We recommend submitting documents at least three weeks before your travel date. The visa fee is non-refundable once your application is submitted.
7. Hotels and Room Allocation
Hotel distances from the Haram are approximate walking distances. In rare cases, if a booked hotel becomes unavailable, we will arrange a hotel of the same or higher category.
Rooms are usually shared as quad, triple, or double, based on your package. Hotel check-in and check-out times are set by the hotel, not by us.
8. Flights and Transport
Flights operate under airline rules, including baggage limits and schedule changes. If an airline changes your flight, we will inform you and arrange the best available option.
Transport inside Saudi Arabia is arranged by licensed operators. Schedules may shift slightly due to traffic, prayer times, or local authority instructions.
9. Group Umrah Rules
Group Umrah packages follow a fixed travel schedule, shared transport, and a group leader. Group members are asked to follow the leader's timing for Ziyarah, transfers, and departures.
Group discounts apply only when the required number of travelers confirms. If a group falls short, we will discuss options with the organizer before any price change.
10. Hajj Bookings
Hajj from Bangladesh follows the official registration process managed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Every pilgrim must complete government pre-registration and registration before their Hajj journey can proceed.
Hajj quotas, package costs, and timelines are influenced by government and Saudi decisions. Accommodation in Mina and Arafat is allocated under Saudi arrangements. Our team guides you through each step and keeps you updated on official announcements.
11. Your Conduct and Health
All pilgrims must follow Saudi laws and respect the rules of the Holy Mosques. Overstaying your visa is a serious offense in Saudi Arabia and can lead to fines or a travel ban.
Umrah and Hajj involve long walks and crowded spaces. Elderly pilgrims and those with health conditions should consult a doctor before travel and carry their regular medicines.
12. Changes to Saudi Rules
Saudi authorities can change visa, vaccination, or entry rules at short notice. If a change affects your booking, we will contact you quickly and explain your options.
Extra costs caused by new government rules, such as new fees or taxes, may be added to your package. We will always inform you before charging anything.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
Umrah visa fees are non-refundable after submission, and many Makkah and Madinah hotels are non-refundable during Ramadan and peak seasons. Hajj refunds follow official government guidelines.
