About the quotation:

  • The quoted rates are valid under current availability and are subject to change should any components become unavailable.

  • Please note that the quoted price may be subject to fluctuation due to changing exchange rates. We will notify you of any necessary price adjustments.

  • While this quotation offers an estimated cost, please be aware that we have not yet held any reservations for airfare, accommodations, tours, transfers, activities, or other services.

  • In the event of any necessary corrections or modifications to the quotation, kindly inform us, and we will send you revised options for your consideration.

Send us your confirmation if our quote and terms are acceptable to you! We'll confirm that all the details—flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and included services—are accurate and available at the given price. The price does not change if everything is as it seems. Send your purchase order by official order form, online approval, text message, or email to guarantee your reservation.

However, please note: We try our hardest to maintain consistency; unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in suppliers or exchange rates, occasionally cause price adjustments. Should this occur, we will get in touch with you with an updated quote for your review. If we can successfully execute your service, we will be overjoyed.

Payment Policy:

  1. Phase 1: Say "Yes!" to your dream vacation with a 50% deposit at booking.

  2. Phase 2: Woohoo! It's time to celebrate! Confirm your trip and pay 75% to make it official.

  3. Phase 3: Adventure awaits! Grab your service voucher by completing your full payment (100%).

Dear Customers, Attention: For those interested in purchasing a travel package from our website or online portal, kindly confirm with our customer care or call center representative before making the purchase. Enjoy the package by proceeding with the payment once the confirmation is received.

Cancellation Policy:
At ITS Holidays Ltd., we uphold the highest standards of service. Kindly take note of our cancellation policy:

  • Applicability:
    Changes, refunds, and cancellation charges apply per person, as per the published policies of airlines, hotels, tour companies, transfer services, and local suppliers.

  • Force Majeure Disclaimer:
    ITS Holidays Ltd., along with our esteemed partners—tour organizers, airlines, and hotels—disclaim responsibility for reservation cancellations resulting from climatic changes or unforeseen situations.

  • Booking and Tour Package Terms:
    The booking or tour package is non-changeable and non-refundable (excluding air tickets). Air ticket re-issue or refund charges are subject to the airline's policy. Group tickets are entirely non-changeable and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these policies, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.


Flight Policies:-
For the convenience of all passengers, it is important to understand that travel agents are not accountable for various aspects of airline services. This includes check-in and boarding procedures, flight delays, in-flight meals, seat allocation, baggage handling, and changes or cancellations to your travel plans. Refund processes for unused tickets also fall under the airline's jurisdiction. Travelers are responsible for ensuring the validity of travel documents such as passports and visas. In cases of lost belongings during the journey, passengers should directly contact the airline's Lost and Found department.

Additionally, the decision to purchase travel insurance, providing coverage for unforeseen events, rests with the passenger. It is advised that passengers stay informed about airline policies, communicate directly with airlines for operational concerns, and refer to the airline's guidelines for a seamless travel experience. ITS Holidays Ltd. and other booking representatives are only allowed to sell air tickets. They are not authorized to provide any service other than flight ticket sales. The airline's company authorities are solely responsible for providing all flight services.

Hotel Policies:-
For the convenience of all passengers, it's important to note that travel agents are not responsible for various aspects of hotel and resort services. This includes requests for early check-in and check-out, late check-in and check-outs, meals, and room allocation. Hotel services, special requests, and charges, Change Type of Room, Type of Beds, Any Room View, smoking preferences, and city tax, including security deposits, fall under the jurisdiction of the respective accommodation providers.

Passengers are advised to communicate directly with the hotel's reception or front office for any specific requests or services related to their reservations. Once booked and paid for, the hotel or resort is fully non-changeable and non-refundable. Accommodations are subject to the policies of the individual hotels. Additionally, matters related to travel documents, lost items, and the decision to purchase travel insurance are the responsibility of the passengers. It's recommended that travelers stay informed about hotel policies, adhere to guidelines, and communicate directly with the hotel or resort front desk or reception for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Example: Each hotel provides its services based on its own policy or state policy, so what kind of facilities or amenities a hotel will provide you in the room depends on their specific policy. For example, hotels in many countries around the world do not provide drinking water, toiletries, sanitary items, or breakfast. The travel agent is not responsible in any way; please enjoy the service according to the hotel rules. ITS Holidays Ltd. and other booking representatives are only allowed to sell hotel or resort rooms. They are not authorized to provide any service other than room sales. Hotel or resort authorities are solely responsible for providing all services at hotels or resorts.

Food Policies:-
For the convenience of all passengers, it is important to clarify that travel agents are not responsible for food policies implemented by restaurants, hotels, or dining establishments during your travels. While we facilitate bookings that may include meals, the selection, quality, and adherence to dietary restrictions or preferences are the sole responsibility of the respective food service providers.

Passengers are advised to review and communicate directly with the dining establishments for specific food policies, special requests, or concerns. While travel agents make an effort to provide comprehensive assistance, the individual food service providers are responsible for determining the culinary experience and related policies.

Tour, Attraction, and Activities Policies:
For the benefit of all passengers, it's imperative to understand that travel agents are not responsible for the policies governing tours, attractions, and activities. This includes, but is not limited to, rules related to entry, participation, scheduling, safety, and any changes or cancellations. The policies of tour and activity providers, as well as attractions, are independent of the travel agent's control.

Passengers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions of each tour, attraction, or activity they book. Any inquiries or concerns regarding policies, refunds, or modifications should be directed to the respective service providers. While travel agents facilitate bookings, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience, passengers are ultimately responsible for adhering to the policies set forth by the individual tour and activity operators. ITS Holidays Ltd. and other booking representatives are only allowed to sell tour, attraction, and activity tickets or entry tickets. They are not authorized to provide any service other than tour, attraction, and activity ticket sales. The tour company authorities are solely responsible for providing all services.

Transfer and Vehicle Policies:
For the benefit of all passengers, it's crucial to understand that travel agents solely act as booking agents for vehicle services and are not directly responsible for the provision of transportation. This encompasses various aspects, including the actual vehicle services, driver behavior, scheduling, and any issues related to the vehicle's condition.

Our driver or representative will wait for you for a maximum of 30-45 minutes for the airport pick-up services. If our representative or driver is waiting for you for more than 45 minutes, you have to pay extra waiting charges as per the rules of the driver or transportation company. For any other kind of pick-up, drop-off, or car disposal, our driver will wait for you for a maximum of 15 minutes at pre-selected points or locations. If you miss the ride due to personal or any other reason, then your full amount is forfeited.

Passengers are encouraged to communicate directly with the transportation service providers for inquiries, requests, or concerns regarding vehicle services. While travel agents facilitate the booking process, the operational aspects and service quality are under the purview of the transportation companies.

Clear communication with the designated service provider ensures that passengers can address any specific requirements, changes, or issues related to their transportation needs. Travelers are advised to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the transportation service and communicate directly for a more comprehensive understanding of their travel arrangements. ITS Holidays Ltd. and other booking representatives are only allowed to sell transfer services. They are not authorized to provide any service other than transfer service sales. The transfer company authorities are solely responsible for providing all transfer services.

Guide Policies:-
For the convenience of all passengers, it's crucial to recognize that travel agents are not responsible for guide services during tours and activities. The conduct, performance, and adherence to scheduled itineraries by guides are the direct responsibility of the guide service providers. Travel agents facilitate the booking process, ensuring you have access to professional guides, but they do not control the on-site operations.

Passengers are advised to communicate directly with the guide service providers for any specific requests, concerns, or feedback related to the guided experience. While travel agents strive to offer comprehensive assistance, the quality of the guiding services falls under the jurisdiction of the service providers.
