ITS Holidays Ltd is a government-authorized travel agency based in Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Incorporated as a private limited company (Registration No. C-143420) and registered with the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (No. 0000614).
ITS Holidays Ltd was founded in 2018 by three directors who saw a clear gap in the Bangladesh travel market. Most agencies at the time were either unregistered, unreliable or simply not equipped to handle the full range of services a modern traveler needs — from visa processing to Umrah arrangements to international tour planning.
The three founders — Mohammad Nur-E Alam, Md. Nasir Uddin and Md. Khorshed Alam — built ITS Holidays with one goal in mind: to create a travel agency that Bangladeshi families and pilgrims could genuinely trust.
We began sending Umrah groups from Bangladesh as early as 2016, before the company was formally incorporated. That early experience shaped how we work today. Today we serve over 10,000 clients per year and maintain offices in Dhaka, Chattogram and internationally in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and Sri Lanka.
