Flight Policy & Passenger Advisory (Global Standard)

1. Role of ITS Holidays Ltd. (Agent Disclaimer)

ITS Holidays Ltd. acts strictly as an authorized travel agent and ticketing intermediary.

  • We are authorized only to issue and manage airline tickets
  • We do not operate flights or control airline services
  • All services are provided under the airline’s Conditions of Carriage and fare rules

Important:
ITS Holidays Ltd. shall not be held liable for any airline operational decisions, disruptions, or service outcomes.


2. Airline Responsibility & Operations

All operational matters remain under the sole responsibility and authority of the respective airline, including but not limited to:

Flight Operations

  • Flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Route changes, diversions, or operational adjustments
  • Technical, weather-related, security, or regulatory disruptions

Aircraft Changes & Cabin Class Downgrade Policy

  • Airlines may change aircraft type or configuration at any time
  • Passengers may be downgraded from First / Business / Premium Economy to a lower class (including Economy Class)

Important Conditions:

  • Any partial (pro-rata) refund, if applicable, will be processed strictly by the airline
  • The airline may not provide a replacement ticket or upgrade
  • The airline may offer refund adjustment only (not reissue)
  • All such decisions are final and solely at the airline’s discretion
  • ITS Holidays Ltd. has no authority to intervene or guarantee any outcome

Airport & Onboard Services

  • Check-in and boarding procedures
  • Seat allocation, availability, and upgrades
  • In-flight services (meals, entertainment, amenities)

Baggage Services

  • Checked and cabin baggage handling
  • Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage claims

Passengers must contact the airline directly for real-time updates and assistance.


3. Non-Refundable Ticket Policy (SOTO / SITO / Online Tickets)

  • Most SOTO, SITO, and online promotional tickets are strictly non-refundable
  • Changes and modifications may be restricted or not permitted
  • Passengers must confirm fare rules before purchase

Important:
Once a ticket is issued, the passenger accepts all fare restrictions and penalties.


4. Flight Schedule Reconfirmation

Passengers are strongly advised to reconfirm their flights:

  • 72–24 hours before departure

  • Policies may change suddenly due to government decisions, security, or global events

8. Baggage Policy & Restrictions
