Terms & Conditions:
- The quoted rates are valid subjects to availability.
- The quoted price is subject to change in review of fluctuating exchange rate.
- We are not holding any reservations for air seats or hotel rooms at time of quotation.
- If there are any corrections or changes on the quotation, please let us know about the correction or changes. We will send you revised options.
Booking Policy:
- If you are accepting our quotation price and other related terms and conditions, please send us confirmation.
- After getting your confirmation, we will recheck all prices and availability of flight ticket, hotel, tour, transfer and all other services.
- If we get all services availability as per the quoted price then all costs remain same as per provided quotation.
- Right now we need your purchase order or purchase confirmation.
Payment Policy:
Phase-1: 50% of the total package amount to be paid at the time of booking.
Phase-2: 75% of the total package amount to be paid at the time of confirmation.
Phase-3: 100% payment must be paid at the time of collecting your service voucher.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any kinds of changes, refund and cancellation charges are applicable on a per-person basis as per the published cancellation policy of airlines, hotels or resorts, tour company, transfer company and local suppliers.
- The tour organiser or airlines and hotels are not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to any climatic changes or unexpected situation.
- The booking or tour package is non-changeable and non-refundable (except air tickets), and air ticket re-issue or refund charges are dependent on the airline's policy. Group ticket fully non-changeable and non-refundable.
Remark:
- Request to all honorable customers of ITS Holidays Ltd - after getting the all kinds of proposal, quotation, reservations, confirmation must be re-check your name spelling, visa or eta approval information, travel date or returning date, check-in date or check-out date, arrival or departure city, tour, transfer schedule and others services. If you get any unexpected mistake or errors kindly inform us instantly or within 03 hours on the same day.
- Please recheck your hotel or resort category, room type and other amenities from online
- Our local coordinator can change the tour itinerary due to any unfavourable situations for the period of travel.
- After check-in the hotel or resort, If you have any hotel services or special request, kindly directly contact the hotel front desk manager. Thanks for your understanding & cooperations.
